Thinking ahead cuts costs.

A Simple Approach to Complicated Problems

We go all out to give our customers the best oil service possible. Based on our experience and our know-how we support our customers sufficiently with regard to oilservice and oilanalytics.

In close cooperation with our customers, we generally prepare a timetable for scheduled oil service to keep downtime to a minimum. Of course, our services include disposal of used oil and filters, and we supply the corresponding documentation (Abfallschlüsselnummer 130205).

Special Oil Service Vehicles

Our oil technicians receive regular training (GWO) and operate special trucks that we engineered and built to provide oil service for wind turbines. These special-purpose vehicles enable our crews to service WTGs with hub heights of up to 150 m.

Technical highlights

  • Indirect heating of oil on the vehicle to avoid pressure and temperature damage
  • Quality assurance through multiple filtering of oil pursuant to DIN ISO 4406
  • Additional filtration of gearbox and hydraulic oil on the vehicle
  • Gearbox flushing
  • Change of filters for gearbox and hydraulic equipment
  • 7 separate hose systems to permit filling without contamination
  • Special lining inside hoses with a length of up to 150 m to avoid particle deposits
  • Special purge pumps to guarantee virtually complete evacuation of oil from gearbox/pitch system
  • Separate tank for used oil/documentation of disposal
  • Antifreeze for coolant systems, etc.

Oil and Particle Analysis

Oil and other lubricants extend the service of wind turbines by keeping friction between moving parts inside the nacelle to a minimum.

At the same time, used oil can provide insights into the condition of a wind turbine. Advanced oil and particle analysis techniques make it possible to examine lubricants to determine viscosity, aging, foreign matter and particle contamination.

With the scientific methods available in modern laboratories, that information can be used to make reliable statements regarding the condition of the oils used and the wear of specific machinery components.

Inventory. Control.

Gearbox Oil, Hydraulic Oil, Lubricants

We maintain an inventory of high-performance oils and lubricants with impressive product width and depth to meet the needs of our customers. That means our customers can always count on us to use products from major manufacturers for their gearboxes and hydraulic systems.

We supply filtered gearbox and hydraulic oil that complies with the required purity class pursuant to DIN ISO 4406 to meet your specific requirements in 5, 10, 20 and 25-liter containers or 1,000-liter IBCs. The containers are winchable and approved for wind energy applications. We ship throughout Germany.
